**ob Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks, including office maintenance, supplies purchasing, and inventory management;
- Assist in organizing meetings, business trips, and company events (such as team building and annual dinners);
- Manage visitor reception, transportation arrangements, and hotel bookings;
- Assist in document management, filing, and record updates;
- Arrange and distribute PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to various departments;
- Support basic HR functions such as attendance tracking, onboarding, and offboarding processes;
- Assist Finance with reimbursement documentation, invoice collection, and other coordination tasks;
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or assistant-related roles, with good organizational and coordination skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with common office equipment;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and teamwork skills;
- Well-presented and possesses basic business etiquette;
- **Fluent in Mandarin** to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
