The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations in the inbound department.
- Manage daily manpower planning, HC allocation and team members attendance, work schedule, KPI.
- Track KPI progress (eg: receiving to put away) and manage backlogs planning.
- Daily report (inventory, transportation, daily quota) monthly/weekly summary report work.
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks with suppliers.
- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management, Business Development, KAM and Fleet operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation
- Responsible for security, safety and loss prevention of stocks
- Ensure warehouse area is safe, clean and organized through regular inspection
- Continuously find ways to improve/enhance existing processes
- Propose solutions should any problem/issue arise

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in specialized ground ops warehousing background.
- Strong in analytics and logical thinking to navigate WMS, excel and powerpoint presentations.
- A good team player and able to lead a team independently.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good coordination and organizational skill.
- Able to work on shift hours and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang
- Working pattern**:45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days).
