**Responsibilities**:

- Fast leaner, pro-active, good calculation and also creative.
- Assisting PIC (Assistant Manager or CPPC Manager) of fruit processing such as fresh cut, juice & paste processing, which involve in pasteurization and retort process.
- To supervise and ensure all production operations are operating smoothly i.e., raw material, mixing, pasteurization, filling, bottling, sealing, packaging, storing and CIP.
- To monitor and check production operations to ensure all finished products are in compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, BRC and Halal’s requirement.
- Supervise and lead production team members which includes line leaders and general workers level to ensure standard operating procedures are executed.
- To check the cleanliness and condition of all the machines and report any abnormality immediately.
- To instil discipline on the workers.
- To monitor production output according to production schedule.
- To supervise cleaning and tidying in the production areas.
- Able to absorb pressure and able to work during weekend (rest day) and public holiday.
- Highly disciplined and very committed for work accomplishment
- Additional tasks may be assigned by superiors from time to time
