Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of the kitchen
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all kitchen staff
- Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
- Ensure that all kitchen staff adhere to health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement new recipes
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Prepare food for special events
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Develop menus and manage menu changes
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained
- Monitor kitchen staff performance
- Ensure that all kitchen staff are following proper sanitation procedures
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food
- Monitor food waste and take corrective action
- Troubleshoot kitchen issues
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
