To be involved and help to execute, implement, coordinate and monitor the Communications, CSR & VBI processes, activities and initiatives, functions and day-to-day operations within the Bank.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop content, schedule and visual posters for HLISB LinkedIn platform.
- Monitoring HLISB website and making adjustments where necessary.
- Communicate with Business Units on the HLISB web asset scheduler.
- Assist on events (employee engagement activities/exhibitions) preparation together with AM, CCSR.
- Develop visuals for internal communications to HLISB Internal Staff.
- Assist to perform first phase screening before on boarding vendors/non-profit organization when necessary.
- Assist to review documents in English and Bahasa Malaysia, which will be vet through by AM CCSR.
- Provide ideas on VBI initiatives to be undertaken by the Bank.
- Writeup on award submission when necessary.
- Assist in other projects managed by CCSR department.
- Perform other tasks as and when required in assisting the team with any deliverables.
- To be on standby and assist to manage the CCSR department on a day-to-day basis when AM is unavailable.

Education Qualification:

- Student in bachelor’s degree or professional certificate, who majors in marketing, business, management or equivalent / relevant discipline.

Skills:

- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Have a strong sense of accountability and ownership of assigned tasks.
- A self-starter who is independent and resourceful.
- Able to work in a team.
- Ability to speak and write well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
