Perform collection of maintenance fee, book-keeping administration.
- Accounting to ensure up to date credit control.
- Timely insurance of billing, notices, reminders, payment and etc.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Attend and assist residents query/ complaints tactfully arrange appropriate method.
- To handle documentation & administration of all policies by following house rules, SOP
- Assist in organize AGM, EGM of the strata condo.
- Taking care office administrative necessary.
- To generate reports to management & JMB

Job Requirements:

- Graduated at least in Diploma/ Advance/ Degree in Accounts or equivalent.
- Executive with 2 years Accounting working experience in Management Office/ Property Management.
- Able to handle full set accounts will be added advantage.
- Willing to handle in customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Teamwork, discipline, initiative, positive attitude.
- Office location: KL
- Must be willing to work Saturday (half day)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,400.00 per month
