Admin & Accounts Executive (Mandarin speaker)

Location: Kepong, KL (office relocating to Sunway Damansara, PJ)

Our client is a creative interior design and lifestyle specialist focused on delivering functional, personalized spaces with transparent pricing and smooth project execution. They are looking for a detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support daily administrative, purchasing, and basic accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic accounting tasks (data entry, payments, bookkeeping)
  • Manage purchasing activities (Taobao and other online platforms)
  • Prepare e-invoices and maintain financial records
  • Provide general administrative support and document management
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Assist with simple financial reports as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • Familiar with e-commerce purchasing platforms (Taobao preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and e-invoicing systems
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Open to office relocation to Sunway Damansara, PJ

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: RM2,800 – RM4, 000
  • EPF, SOCSO & EIS
  • Allowances provided
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday
  • Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
