Position : Account Executive

Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 4,000

Working Hours : Mon – Fri (9am-6pm)

Location : Petaling Jaya Selatan

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily finance operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Prepare royalty billings and track monthly royalty collections and debt recoveries.
  • Monitor, control, and resolve outstanding creditor balances, including legacy issues.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and handle petty cash claims.
  • Ensure accurate filing, organization, and maintenance of all financial documents.
  • Maintain management reports with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Carry out ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or a higher qualification in accounting (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with computerized accounting systems.
  • Possess a pleasant personality, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
  • Immediate availability and willingness to work in the PJ area are added advantages.
  • Strong communication skills.

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
