Our client is a leading provider of innovative medical and healthcare solutions, committed to improving patient outcomes through high-quality products and services. We are expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic and experienced account executives to join their team.

Job Description

1. Accountable to handle full set accounts and support for audit and tax purposes.

2. Assist in preparing monthly closing of accounts including monthly bank reconciliation, monthly summary, and reports on sales and costs.

3. Assist in data entry into system.

4. Responsible for credit control, monitoring of payment, and collection.

5. To manage proper filing and documentation works, ensure all other accounting records are up to date at all times and database are file accordingly.

6. Liaise with internal and external parties like auditors, tax consultants, company secretary, bankers, suppliers & etc.

Requirements:

  • Possesses at least a bachelor's degree in finance/accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Preferable/added advantage of Auto Count knowledge and manufacturing industries.
