We are looking for 2 Coordinators to handle both sales and operations coordinator. The role will rotate every week,.

Sales Coordinator - Job Responsibilities:

- Source and identify new potential customers (cold calling, referrals, etc.)
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when needed
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Team
- Join client meetings/visits when required
- Monitor and report weekly sales performance
- Propose weekly and monthly sales targets and strategies
- Coordinate waste collection according to sales plan
- Monitor team progress and suggest process improvements

Operations Coordinator (Secondary Scope):

- Plan and coordinate waste collection (logistic) with contractors and drivers
- Handle the logistic for collection
- Align logistic planning with the Sales Team’s targets
- Handle documentation (manifests, disposal records, etc.)
- Assist in customer/vendor registrations and ESWIS portal updates
- Liaise with Department of Environment (DOE) ,marketing, and accounts departments
- Support admin tasks for marketing/account teams
- Coordinate travel arrangements for marketing appointments
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and contractors on delays or issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
