**Responsibilities**
- Performance sampling inspection for incoming raw materials.
- Random sampling inspection during production process.
- Finished goods products sampling inspection.
- Create and maintain reference material to production such as color code, photo sample, sugar level and etc.
- Liaise with DOA during shipment preparation.
- Record quality issues and customers complaint related to production department.
- Prepare quality report and propose for quality continual improvement.
- Leading operation team to maintain GMP and HACCP compliance.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation.
- Leading on external/internal audit

Report any non-conformance issues to related department supervisor and operation manager.

**Authority**
- Liaise and give recommendation for Operation & Project Manager regarding quality control & quality assurance issue to make sure all process will run smoothly.
- To make sure HACCP and GMP as follow as per schedule and procedure.

**Education, Qualification, Experience and Skill Requirements**
- At least 2 years’ experience in QA/QC field
- Bachelor / Diploma in Food Industry or others
- Good team player, highly motivated to drive and resolve quality issues
- Good leadership and Interpersonal skill.
- Communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbally and in writing.
- Attend HACCP & GMP Awareness Training
- Attended Food Handler Training

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
