Lead maintenance team on maintaining and upkeep all civil works i.e. internal and external structure, any temporary structure or protection and hoarding when necessary.
- Oversees and supervises issues relating to all M&E and tenant’s compliance.
- Coordinates with inter-departments on store’s upgrading works and tenants’ fit-out works.
- Provides overall coordination on building maintenance and civil functions.
- Regular maintenance on store’s common area to ensure the systems are in good condition and minimize the time taken for breakdown replacement.
- Records and monitors maintenance and replacement work done for tenants.
- Coordinates and supervises works that carry out by contractors.
- Schedule daily work programmes for section team.
- Identifying maintenance problem and propose for improvement.
- Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Possess Diploma or Degree in engineering (preferably in Electrical) or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 10 years working experience in similar field.
- Experience in large shopping centres or business complexes will be an added advantage.
- Easily adapting to change of demand and requests.
- Ability to organize and coordinates any events and preparing schedule.
- Independent and possess good analytical skills.
- Able to communicate clearly to any levels of people.
- Physically fit to carry out the job as hands-on is needed
- Well versed in all local laws governing the building management
- Be able to demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the team and other departments

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
