The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management, maintenance, and operations of buildings, facilities, and related infrastructure. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, functional, cost-efficient, and compliant with Malaysian regulatory standards and customer expectation. The Facilities Manager leads teams, manages outsourced vendors, and ensures the delivery of high-quality services to support business operations.

Job Description

· Monitor daily operations across all projects to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

· Ensure all facilities are well-maintained with proper schedule Plan Preventive Maintenances

· Conduct Audit/Quality Assurances/Customer Satisfaction Survey across all the sites and produce report on Operational Quality and performances

· Ensure operational reliability , safety & Health and compliance.

· Ensure 24/7 readiness for emergency maintenance and facility-related issues.

· Manage and coordinate third-party vendors including landscaping, pest control, M&E&C contractors

· Improve operational efficiency by evaluating cost-saving initiatives and sustainable solutions.

· Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

· Foster strong client relationships

Requirement

· Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Property/Asset Management, or related field

· Minimum 5 years experience in facilities, property, or building maintenance management

· Experience managing commercial, industrial, or hospital facilities is an added advantage

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill

· Good project management ability

· High integrity and accountability

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies

· May be required to travel between multiple sites

· Customer service–oriented

· Computer literate with ability to use software relevant to facilities management

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
