About the role

Raha Bina Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing organisation. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our business operations, with a particular focus on our manufacturing processes and supply chain management. This is a full-time, on-site position based in our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency
  2. Managing and optimising the manufacturing process, including planning, scheduling, and quality control
  3. Overseeing the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
  4. Analysing and interpreting operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operations with the company's strategic objectives
  6. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and internal policies
  7. Leading, motivating, and developing a team of operations professionals

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  2. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, process improvement methodologies, and supply chain management
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
  4. Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence
  5. Proficient in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, operations management, or business administration
