About the role

As the Operation Manager at Uncle Don's Sdn. Bhd., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants in Klang Valley. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of our food and beverage establishments, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and profitability.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to maintain a reliable supply chain
  • Foster a positive and customer-centric work environment
  • Implement and maintain effective systems and processes to optimise operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or equivalent role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in budget management and financial analysis
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and procurement
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
