**Salary**: RM3,000 - RM4,000
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location: No 10, Jalan Astaka 4B/KU2, Bandar Bukit Raja, 41050 Klang, Selangor

**Benefits**:

- Hybrid Working Arrangement (3 days work from office, 2 days work from home)

1) Lead and guide the social media team (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) on content strategy and direction
2) Review and approve social media content plans to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals
3) Scout, manage, and collaborate with local UGC creators, influencers, and talents for marketing campaigns
4) Plan, execute, and optimise TikTok ad campaigns for product launches and promotions
5) Support TikTok Shop and e-commerce operations by managing product content, livestream scripts, and basic visual assets
6) Collaborate with UGC creators and internal teams to produce engaging videos, livestreams, and short-form content for social commerce
7) Track and analyse campaign performance and sales metrics to optimise future content strategies
8) Explore and implement new tools, trends, and creative formats to enhance the brand’s social media and e-commerce presence
9) Stay updated on the latest TikTok Shop features, trends, and e-commerce strategies

**Preferred Qualifications**

1) Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
2) Strong leadership and content planning skills
3) Experience in TikTok advertising, social commerce, or influencer marketing
4) Creative, trend-sensitive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
5) Basic understanding of e-commerce operations is an added advantage
6) Passion for social media trends, content creation, and community building
