**Job Title**: Sales and Operations Specialist

**Employment Type**: Full-Time (3-Month Contract to Permanent Based on Performance)
**Salary Range**: RM 2,000 - RM 2,800 + Commission (upon achieving sales targets)

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly **organized and results-driven individual** to join our team as a **Sales and Operations Specialist**. This role requires strong sales skills, operational efficiency, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth business operations and exceptional customer experiences. **The role is office-based and requires immediate availability.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Management**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and close sales within 24 hours.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

**Operations Oversight**:

- Handle order fulfillment, packaging, and delivery logistics efficiently.
- Drop off parcels daily to Shopee or TikTok distributors, depending on orders.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and manage stock reconciliation.
- Assist in integrating AutoCount for operational tracking.

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan and oversee logistics for monthly events, including booth setups and product displays.
- Submit post-event reports and ensure timely stock updates within three days.

**Customer Satisfaction**:

- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve processes.

**Team Coordination**:

- Conduct team meetings to align on goals and operational tasks.
- Work closely with Lya on operational duties.
- Lead training sessions to improve team skills in sales and operations.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for daily parcel drop-offs within Melaka.
