**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing & Campaign Support**
- Assist in executing marketing and promotional campaigns for Internet home fiber services.
- Coordinate with design and digital teams for marketing material production POSM (banners, flyers, social media content) etc.

**Dealer & Site Acquisition Support**
- Support communication with dealers/partners regarding new products, pricing, and promotions etc.
- Assist in onboarding new dealers and managing documentation (agreements, commission structures) etc.
- Track dealer and Site Acquisition performance and help prepare weekly sales/site acquisition reports, dashboards, and analysis.
- Coordinate with sales and site acquisition teams to ensure targets and KPIs are tracked and updated regularly.

**Business Operations & Admin**
- Maintain and update customer and dealer databases.
- Help prepare business presentations, proposals, and product info packs.
- Assist in managing the inventory of marketing materials and suppliers.
- Support field teams with logistics planning and issue resolution.

Market Intelligence
- Conduct research on competitor Home Fiber packages, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Support the team with insights and ideas to refine offers and dealer strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of working experience in marketing support, business coordination, or campaign execution.
- Able to manage campaign documentation, product brochures, and marketing reports.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and grow with the brand.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
