Job Summary:
To provide human resources and office administrative support according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.
**Job Scope**
1. To assist Head of Dept. in enforcing the HR policies, rules and regulations and standard HR processes/ procedures that align with the Company objectives;
2. To perform daily checking and updates into the human resources management system for attendance and non-attendance records;
3. To handle recruitment process ie job posting, screening, filtering, interview arrangement, reference check, and job offer;
4. To organize, maintain and updates all employees’ personal files and information;
5. To assist in sourcing training courses available according to yearly training plan;
6. To handle any other assignment from the head of department from time to time.
**Job Requirement**
1. Diploma in HR/ Business Administration with a minimum of 1 year experience in related field.
2. Familiar with Malaysia Labor Laws & Regulations;
3. Ability to multi-task and remain discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information;
4. Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management.
5. Mature, calm, pleasant personality, positive attitude, confident, meticulous with excellent communication skills;
6. Good problem solving skills.
Pay: From RM600.00 per month
