Job Scope:
Baristas are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment. They must ensure that all products are prepared to the customer's specifications and that the work area is clean and organized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure that beverages and food items are prepared to the customer’s specifications
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment including daily cleaning of coffee machine
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Suggest additional menu items to customers based on their preferences

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in coffee making or customer service is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with coffee making equipment and methods
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- English and Chinese language proficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
