**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and resolve client problems, providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Educate clients on how to navigate the company’s website and effectively use trading platforms.
- Provide detailed information about the company’s products and services, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary, contributing to the overall efficiency of the customer support process.
- Assist other departments with customer-related tasks, helping to ensure smooth communication and seamless client support across the organization.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with clients to build and foster long-term relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in the _**Forex (FX)/ CFD / trading**_ market is a must.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
- _**Fluency in English**_ is essential for reading, writing, and speaking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
