**Job Title : Distributor Manager**
Salary Up to RM8K + Incentive/Commission + Allowances
Working Hours : 8.30AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) ; 8.30AM - 1PM (Sat)
Working Location : Senai

Monthly Allowances:

- Basic + Incentive Scheme
- Car Allowances RM500
- Handphone Allowance RM100
- Petrol Claim by Bills [Avg: Monthly Standard RM700]
- Entertainment Expenses [RM500 Providing Receipt and Remark Customer & Details]
- Outstation Allowance [Upon Visiting Key Distributor's Area, Schedule]

**Job Scope**
1. Monitoring and Boosting Distributor's Sales
2. Developing a strategic plan to enhance sales for middle or slow-moving items.
3. Maintain Master Record of Distributors - Purchase Order Quantity
4. Review Monthly Stock Balance from the Key Distributors
5. Visit and follow up with Key Distributors for recent feedback/ comment/ market trend research
6. Analyze Data for improvement and Aware of Distributor's Good Expiry Date
7. Debt Reminding, Debt Collection, Handling Sales Return Matter from Key Distributors
8. Plan, Create and Monitor on Marketing Campaign that liaise with Key Distributors
9. Coordinate with cross department for better good delivery assurance

**Job Requirement**
- At least 2 years of managerial position working experience in food industry.
- Willing to travel to key account/ distributor's place on monthly basis for regular follow-up (KL, East Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei etc.)
- Excellent Communication skills with a vibrant and interactive personality.
- Strong Follow Up Skills, and Good Public Relation Skills is Required, to maintain Key Distributors Relation.
- Good Negotiation skills and able to provide excellent customer experience.
- Strong Analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
- Excellent Time management and organizational skills in order to prioritize various job demands.
- Highly self
- driven, Positive Attitude

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Early shift

Supplemental pay types:
