- Ensures that the entire public area, offices, car park, staff locker rooms, function rooms, restaurants and all rest rooms are well maintained, clean and in good condition.
- Ensures that all cleaning equipment and tools are in good condition.
- Controls the usage and mixing of all cleaning solutions and supplies used in the daily operation.
