A Risk & Compliance Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to the company's operations and for ensuring that legislation, regulations, and company policies are adhered to. This role involves developing and implementing compliance programs and monitoring them for potential issues, as well as providing guidance and advice to various departments within the organization. Additionally, they work closely with senior management to ensure that the company's risk management strategies align with its overall business objectives. They also conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any gaps in compliance and recommend corrective actions to address them. These compliance programs may include employee training sessions on regulatory requirements and ethical conduct, developing reporting systems for potential breaches, and establishing protocols for data protection and privacy. Furthermore, the analyst might implement tools for tracking and documenting compliance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability within the organization. By staying updated with regulatory changes, they ensure that the company's policies are continuously aligned with legal standards. Continuous improvement in compliance is crucial as it helps the organization adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes and emerging risks. By regularly updating compliance programs and processes, the company can proactively address potential vulnerabilities and maintain a competitive edge. This ongoing refinement also fosters a culture of ethical behavior and accountability, ensuring long-term sustainability and trust with stakeholders.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
