**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct analyses of raw materials, in-process materials and finished goods, checking for quality and that they meet necessary specifications.
- Monitor testing procedures and processes to ensure tests performed are done according to item specifications, protocols and standard test methods
- Create and maintain quality related documents.
- Ability to perform process audits throughout internal plant assembly and supplier site.
- Do FAI and CPK reports of the new products.
- Ensure equipment is calibrated, validated and maintained properly and ensure safety during operation of equipment
- Stratify quality data into approved formats to support team problem solving
- Monitor daily internal manufacturing quality performance.
- Monitor current procedures to ensure the production of quality product in accordance with customer quality requirements
- Provides technical support to the production staff regarding manufacturing methods, processes and equipment and implementation of new product or product changes.
- Participates in new product, component and or/supplier launch to ensure manufacturing readiness
- Carry out part programming for CMM and dimensional inspection
- Operate and coordinate CMM to measure dimension of parts
- Maintain and sustain the CMM
- Running the software and then taking note of the measured items for use in reports
- Perform part Inspection for Raw Material and Finished good
- Update respective assigned tracking record
- **‘’Compulsory’’** for standby any ad hoc job such as Part Verification from suppliers & Rework Part at Customer Place (PTP & Singapore)
- Perform other duties as assigned

- **Malaysian Citizenship**
- Education: SPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field
- **Preferred: 3-4 years’ QC working experience in manufacture / Metal Sheet Industry**:

- Technical knowledge and ability to read technical drawings
- Pro-active attitude and initiative
- Reliability and honesty
- Team working ability
- Able to use measuring equipment: CMM, caliper, height gauge, smart scope
- Able to perform process audits
- Able to read and interpret technical drawing
- **''MUST'' **had an experience handling CMM machine
- Hands on in CMM programming, measuring and maintenance
- Confident with using computers to guarantee accuracy, as well as possess good math and geometry skills.
