We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented **Sales Executive** to join our team. This role involves handling **indoor sales**, responding to **online inquiries**, and performing **basic administrative tasks** while ensuring the upkeep of the shop. **Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service**:

- Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable kitchen equipment.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

**Administration & Online Sales**:

- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases.
- Assist in processing orders, payments, and delivery arrangements.
- Manage online sales listings and ensure product descriptions and pricing are updated.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff for stock availability.

**Shop Upkeep & Display Management**:

- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and stocked with essential displays.
- Arrange and update product displays for an appealing shopping experience.
- Check and maintain the condition of equipment on display.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience (preferably in commercial kitchen equipment or related fields).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
