We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand actively selling on TikTok and Shopee. We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Affiliate & Sales Executive to grow and manage our affiliate network, boost sales performance, and execute creative marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and onboard new affiliates.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Motivate and retain affiliates through engagement activities and incentive programs.
  • Organise and conduct weekly engagement or training sessions for affiliates.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise marketing strategies on TikTok and Shopee to drive sales.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and affiliate activities.
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance (sales, clicks, conversion rates) and prepare reports.
  • Suggest and implement strategies to maximise affiliate ROI.
  • Ensure affiliate activities comply with company branding, SOPs, and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, finance) for smooth campaign execution.
  • Handle affiliate queries, disputes, and payment matters professionally.
  • Stay updated with the latest affiliate and e-commerce trends, especially TikTok Shop and Shopee.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with TikTok Shop & Shopee.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Experience in managing affiliate networks or influencer programs is an advantage.
