Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. While our company is based in Ipoh, Perak, this position is intended for someone who can cover the Terengganu market. Candidates based in Terengganu will be prioritized, but we also welcome applications from those in other states willing to travel and handle the Terengganu region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, up-to-date product knowledge
  • Maintain a proactive and positive relationship with existing customers
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales objectives and performance metrics
  • Perform outdoor sales to develop new customer base and opportunities
  • Keep track of customers' payment terms and ensure timely collection before due dates
  • Provide feedback from the field to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related industry (sales or customer-facing roles preferred)
  • Able to communicate efficiently in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and Cantonese
  • Responsible, cooperative, and proactive in handling tasks
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to travel and work independently in the Terengganu area
