Job responsibilities:

1. 货源管理:

  • 负责门店订单及货源的跟踪
  • 负责处理换货

2. 终端管理:

  • 门店相关装修事宜处理,确保门店按时开业
  • 协助终端物料铺设
  • 终端市场维护,确保不触犯公司规则

3.客户管理:

  • 协助处理售后机
  • 确保公司政策第一时间准确传达给客户与推销售政策
  • 维护与客户的客情关系(如:及时妥善客户投诉和意见,快速回复处理客户需求)

4. 销售管理:

  • 收集竞品信息
  • 负责向主管汇出数据,销售报告
  • 定期跟踪门店销售情况

岗位要求:

  • 学历至少SPM以上
  • 至少1年销售经验的SPM毕业生
  • 良好的沟通和谈判能力
  • 热爱手机科技,熟悉市场需求
  • 能够说,写和读流利的英语,马来语和华语
  • 熟悉Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • 5.5天制
  • 工作时间: 早上10点 - 下午7点 & 早上10点 - 下午2点
  • 自备交通

1. Stock Management: -

  • Responsible for assisting dealers with in-stock purchases and monitoring the progress of orders
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Assist in returning any defective or expired stocks in each outlet

2. Outlet Management: -

  • Assist in new and existing outlet setting up and remodeling
  • Support visual merchandisers in installing and setting up promotional materials and displays
  • Ensure outlets are in compliance with policies and procedures at all times and report any concerns to superior

3. Dealer Management: -

  • Assist in sending realme product to Customer Service Centre for repair or replacement
  • Communicate effectively with dealers regarding new or existing dealers' programs
  • Maintain good relationships with dealers by attending dealers' inquiries and complaints promptly.

4. Sales Management: -

  • Prepare and report data on sales and competitors
  • Follow up closely on monthly sales target

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • SPM holders with minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about phone technology, familiar with the current market trend.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (as it requires liaising with Mandarin speaking clients).
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Basic Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work 5.5 days a week

Friday: Rest day

Saturday: 10am - 2pm

Sunday: 10am - 7pm
