About the role

We are seeking talented Sales Executives to join our team at Seng Huat Electrical & Home Appliances' in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. As a full-time Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our wide range of electrical and home appliance products. What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
  2. Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  3. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
  4. Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns to drive sales
  5. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and identify new sales opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of sales experience, preferably in the electrical or home appliance industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  5. Familiarity with sales reporting and customer relationship management systems
  6. Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
