We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand actively selling on TikTok and Shopee. We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Affiliate & Sales Executive** to grow and manage our affiliate network, boost sales performance, and execute creative marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit, screen, and onboard new affiliates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
- Motivate and retain affiliates through engagement activities and incentive programs.
- Organise and conduct weekly engagement or training sessions for affiliates.
- Plan, execute, and optimise marketing strategies on TikTok and Shopee to drive sales.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and affiliate activities.
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance (sales, clicks, conversion rates) and prepare reports.
- Suggest and implement strategies to maximise affiliate ROI.
- Ensure affiliate activities comply with company branding, SOPs, and legal guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, finance) for smooth campaign execution.
- Handle affiliate queries, disputes, and payment matters professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest affiliate and e-commerce trends, especially TikTok Shop and Shopee.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in sales, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with TikTok Shop & Shopee.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Experience in managing affiliate networks or influencer programs is an advantage.
