Job Description:

- Responsible for the drafting and review company's various standard contract templates and legal documents (including but not limited to contracts, external correspondence, etc.)
- Responsible for daily legal affairs consultation and guidance, provide professional advisory of legal risks in the business process, and legal support for the company's daily business decisions
- Responsible for handling various disputes of the company, including participating in litigation and arbitration
- Responsible for daily legal publicity and training work
- Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments and conduct legal knowledge training.
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior or any other persons designated by the Company from time to time

Job Requirement:

- Degree in Law-related majors
- More than 3 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess good research skills and knowledge of corporate and commercial laws and legislation, compliance, contract management.

Industry: Supplier of consumer and commercial tools, appliances, and floor care

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

Schedule:
