Provide support to the Sales Directors and Managers in the administrative duties in the Sales & Operation Department
- Assist in order processing, quotation and delivery arrangements
- Liaise with customers on the shipment arrangement to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries
- Assist, coordinate, implement, and oversee the sales process as directed by the Sales Manager
- Ensure the preparation and finalization of all sales inquiries and orders
- Understand the company’s products, including material specifications
- Familiarize yourself with the company’s production workflows
- Address and solve customer issues effectively with ideal resolutions
- Perform any extra responsibilities as assigned by Management
- Preparation of Sales / Procurement documentations which include Quotations, Sales Order, Purchase Orders, Tax Invoices and Delivery Orders.
- Monitor and co-ordinate Procurement process from sales order to delivery to customer.
- Coordination with Suppliers and Logistics for deliveries.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
- Handling Phone enquiries and cold calling.
- Maintain inventory report.
- Provide general support to Operations Manager
- Tracking operational costs toward maintaining profit-margins.
- Promoting efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
- Analyzing and maintaining operational data, and monitoring product inventories.
- Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company.
- Overseeing human resources development policies, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensuring positive client, and dropship relationships.
- Handling infaq and beli & sedeqah
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in operations management, project management, strategic management, business management, or similar.
- Extensive experience in an operations management position, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Fast learner person and multitasking
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
