**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Network Administrator to join our team in a multinational corporation dedicated to information technologies applied to agribusiness.

**Job Objective**:
Ensure the correct operation, maintenance and optimization of the network and IT infrastructure, ensuring that the Wilmar Global Network -- WAN & LAN - are operating optimally without issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Configuration and Maintenance: Configure, maintain, and monitor networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance and make adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Backups: Perform backups and recovery, ensuring the integrity and availability of network devices.
- Technical support: Provide first-level technical support to resolve issues related to networks and infrastructure.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation on configurations and procedures.

**Job Required Competencies**:

- Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge in network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs). Knowledge of monitoring tools (PRTG, Nagios, Wireshark). Ability to manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools. CCNA or CCNP certifications are preferred.

**Experience and Desirable Competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology Management or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in network and server management, such as LAN, WAN, next-generation firewalls, balancers, IP routing protocols, VLANs, Active Directories, etc.
- Experience in the implementation and support of Cisco, Aruba Switches and Palo Alto Firewalls, as well as VeloCloud SD-WAN.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
