**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Handle recruitment process, onboarding, and staff records management.
- Assist in payroll preparation, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
- Support day-to-day office operations and act as the point of contact for internal and external parties.
- Coordinate staff training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administration or HR (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Able to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Putrajaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
