Perform daily settlement reconciliation.
- Monitor and handle all outgoing invoices, delivery orders, daily accounting and related transactions.
- Monitor all payments from debtors to ensure that action is taken on all overdue amounts.
- Monitor company’s fund by controlling all outgoing payments and follow up with funds transfer from HQ.
- Discuss with management on terms and credit limit to be granted to all respective clients.
- Prepare daily cash flow forecast.
- Maintain & analyze budgets.
- Review existing internal controls & processes & take actions to enhance & improve the system in meeting changes in organizations.
- Work closely with external auditors and tax agents for the preparation of statutory accounts & handling tax matters.
- To handle full set of accounts, GL and other accounting functions.
- Compile analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual account.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- To maintain proper accounting records & filing.
- Assist with other assignments as and when required.
- Perform day to day management of all payment cycle activities.
- Manage inter-company transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor's invoices (Local & International)
- Verify expenses reports & process payments via cheque or online transfer.
- Update all payment transaction to the accounting system (Auto count) on daily basis.
- Ensure the accounts data and records are up to date. Prepare and ensure timely submission of weekly & monthly reporting of accounts.
- Assist in month end and year end closing.
- Liaise with bankers for banking related matters.
- To assist/handle any ad hoc assignment as required by the management.

**Job Requirements**
- 3-4 years of working experience in fintech company.
- Experienced in third party acquired and settlement related experience and billing.
- Understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivation and strong desire to take on a new challenge and learn as much as possible.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
