**Entity and activity description**

**Missions and Responsibilities**
As part of its GYM-T transformation ans ADVANCE plan, APAC has decided to consolidate and to design a new organization to get the best value from departments (finance, IT-Digital, Procurement,HR) by better leveraging technology, people and competencies. Goal is at the end to boost efficiency and deliver outstanding and sustainable performance while also becoming more customer centric.

The Global Functions IT-Digital will unlock their performance by acting more as Business Partners and not anymore as Service Providers.

The Business Service Centers will ensure full alignment of their teams with the strategic objectives of the APAC zone but also the Group Functions and BL.

The new Organization will seek for excellence and for that purpose will adopt Best in Class models delivering value through simplification, standardization of processes while adhering to Internal controls and compliance requirements.

**1 - Standard Cost Category Structure & Mapping Plus IT Finance Management Roadmap**
- Document a standard cost category template mapped to existing ERP system, guidelines, service catalogue and individual countries working files
- Document requirements, business impact (eg: changes to procurement process, financial impact and etc.) and provide recommendation on teh appropriate cost categorisation.
- Study and design the IT Finance Management Roadmap for GIO in APAC

**2 - Monthly Corporate Reporting, Prepare Yearly Target and Quarter Reforecast**
- Consolidate GIO Budget for APAC IT HUB view.
- Preparing the quarterly APAC GIO rolling forecast.
- Prepare monthly GIO flash report by collecting, formatting, analyzing and explaining the variances
- Report monthly GIO efficiencies for APAC IT
- Provide the day to day support to affiliate on financial topics

**3 -Project Controlling**
- Reviewing the businesscase and efficiency with the project team
- Follow up with the project team on the cost
- Support on the RFP financial

**4 - Business Model Management**
- Be part of GIO team for the business model to support GIO operating model and cost controlling.
- Ad Hoc Request

**Competencies and Profile**
- At least 5 years’ experience in a major companies in Operations Control role or as Consultant in Service Delivery in major consulting firms. Business background in Shared Service centers will be a plus.
- Good proficiency with Finance IT tools (Hyperion/ Swift / Iris / Oracle ) is a nice to have
- This role is highly evolutive and requires agility, capacity to absorb heavy workload and expertise in Transformation and IT Major Projects.
