Journify Ops, Executive

**Reports To**:
Head, Oneworld and Project Management, Airport Services
**Role Purpose**:
- An executive directs, plans, and coordinates operational activities for Journify (specifically for Journify Ops) and responsible for devising policies and strategies to meet company goals.
- Responsible to establish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies, and procedures. Direct and oversee Journify Ops financial and budgetary activity.
- Manage general activities related to delivery of J2U and 3PL.
**Key Accountability**:
- Accountable to manage manpower / resources under his/her control in a most effective and efficient manner to fulfil all Journify Ops job requirement
- Accountable to prepare and submit any reporting requirement impose by Management
- Accountable to ensure the overall Journify Ops are safe, secure, efficient, and seamless.
- To lead and manage J2U and 3PL performance
- Oversight, monitor and manage the service provider / merchant service delivery performance and in full compliances to all Journify policies, procedures and operating manual
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Degree in any field with at least 1 year of working experience or
- Diploma in any field with at least 2 years of working experience or
- High School Certificate or its equivalent with at least 3 years working experience
**Special / Professional Certificate**
- Microsoft Office - Intermediate (Preferably)
- Minimum requirement at least Microsoft Office - Basic
**Skills & Knowledge**:
- Has supervisory and team lead experience
- Prepare management reporting in Microsoft Words & power point format
- Able to perform analytic & statistic analysis
- Interpersonal skills
- Proactive organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Eye for detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
