The FX Solution Expert is a highly skilled and experienced individual responsible for leading FX related products and service design, development, and implementation combined with AI and Blockchain technology. As a key member of FX team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify AI driven and blockchain based products/services, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality fund related products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of client FX related processes, objectives, and challenges to develop innovative and effective solutions
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define products and services requirements, scope, and functionality
- Design and develop products and services using industry-leading AI and blockchain technologies and frameworks
- Lead and manage the architecture and design of economy model of new products and services
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of products and services
- Conduct product testing, validation, and optimization to ensure high performance, scalability, and security
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 8+ years of work experience in Solution Expert or FX management
- Proven track record of leading successful projects from concept to delivery
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, able to work independently or lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with diverse groups of people
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time for client meetings, workshops, and other business needs.
