- Liaise with different departments about client queries and execute the analytical requests.
- Offer advice to clients on services and products regularly with automated reporting and

dashboards for better understanding of the campaign performance against the set KPIs.
- Support in helping to capture client information.
- Participate in marketing campaigns in brainstormings, strategy creation and business

development and execute reporting and business intelligence dashboards.
- Inspire repeat-business from existing partners
- Help with new client onboarding, delivery of tasks and content.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients from a strategic level and

future forward mindset.
- Engaging with the Client to understand the general strategy with regards to operational

requirements, budget constraints and future operational needs.
- Document all internal and external communications and organize the documentations

accordingly on the project management software.
