Job Description

  • Identify market segments and promote company's products to potential customers.
  • Coordinate, lead and ensure technical and commercial support services are provided to existing and potential customers.
  • Attend to and resolve product quality and performance issues for customers.
  • Negotiate most advantageous commercial terms of agreement.
  • Explore, identify and develop new market opportunities.
  • Evaluate, propose, develop and implement short-term business plans in line with market trends and company's business objectives for business growth.
  • Lead and participate in market survey, intelligence and analysis.
  • Work closely with customers and assist the R&D teams in developing new products for customers.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers and commercial partners.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, chemistry, or science related discipline.
  • At least 2 years' commercial or sales experience, preferably in the rubber gloves or related industries. However fresh graduate with the above qualification is encouraged to apply.
  • Understanding of customer requirement and market dynamics.
  • Good knowledge of sales and marketing would be added advantage.
  • Able to liaise with people at different levels with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good presentation skill.
  • Able to travel and work with a global team of professionals.
  • Ability to work under pressure with internal and external customers to meet target objectives and timelines.
