We are a progressive Executive Search company located in Subang Jaya. We help our clients to look for great staff. In line with our company's expansion, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Job scope:
1. Assist the Recruitment Director in managing the overall daily recruitment operations.

2. Manage a team of internal and external Recruiters.

3. Assign and delegate job vacancies to each Recruiter.

4. Monitor assignments given to each Recruiter and ensure each Recruiter delivers the desired results.

5. Provide guidance and advice to Recruiters so that they can improve their skills and achieve their targets.

9. Personal recruitment - aim to personally close at least 1 senior position a month.

10. Other adhoc tasks assigned by the management of the company.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

2. Experience: At least 2 years experience in managing a team of Recruiters in a recruitment agency.

3. Must have an excellent past track record as a Recruiter and able to close an average of 2 positions a month. Those who are not able to do this need not apply.

4. Must have attention to detail and is an organized person.

5. Must have an A for English at SPM level or a MUET score of at least Band 4 and above or equivalent.

6. Able to bring out the best in people by motivating and nurturing them.

7. Either part-time or full-time position is available. For those interested in a part-time position, working hours are flexible.
