For instance: Citi provides access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses. **In this role, you’re expected to**: - Conduct quality assurance reviews for high-risk loan operations across various Citi businesses in the APAC region. This will include reviewing approved loan transactions / processes and measuring timeliness, accuracy, completeness & consistency of the loan transaction/processes/documentation. - Conduct quality assurance reviews on approved loan transactions / processes / documentation. - Ensure loan transactions are accurately processed and authorized. - Ensure loan documentation’s adherence to policies, guidelines and procedures as well as compliance regulations. - Conduct root cause analysis by identifying & analyzing areas of common defect/issues/themes. - Achieve operational goals set and deliver against agreed targets in terms of quality and productivity. - A proven track record with at least 6 years of relevant loans/financial Operations quality experience (i.e., Quality Assurance, Client Onboarding, Compliance, Audit and Regulatory) - Knowledge of lending platforms like Loan IQ, ACBS and payments / reconciliation lifecycle preferable. - Exposure in reviewing credit agreements preferable. - Meticulous and analytical with understanding of basic accounting concepts. - Ability to perform reviews or processes and identify issues/ gaps. - Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to proficiently use MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint Working at Citi is far more than just a job.
