**TikTok & Shopee Admin (Back-End Support & Live Backup)**

We are looking for a **TikTok & Shopee Admin** to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone who can handle the back-end operations efficiently while also being available as a backup host for live sessions when needed. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident in front of the camera, this could be the perfect fit for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Back-End Management**:

- Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Ensure all product details are accurate and updated.
- Monitor orders, process returns, and coordinate with the logistics team.
- Track and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
- **Content Coordination**:

- Assist in uploading videos, banners, and promotional materials for TikTok and Shopee.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
- **Live Session Backup**:

- Act as a backup host for TikTok Live sessions when required.
- Interact with customers during live sessions, answer their queries, and promote products effectively.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track sales performance and provide weekly reports.
- Monitor live session analytics and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Shopee platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with an online audience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
