**We’re Hiring: Payroll Executive - Klang**

**Location**: Klang, Selangor
**Salary**: RM3,000 - RM3,500 (Depending on Experience)
**Start Date**: Preferably Immediate

**About the Role**

**Job Scope**:

- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Calculate overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR/payroll system.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and payments to relevant authorities.
- Assist in basic HR functions such as leave management, staff onboarding, and record keeping.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in payroll processing.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g., SQL Payroll, AutoCount, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management skills.
- Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
