**Jobs Description**
- Manage day-today administrative and operational activities of the company in its day-to-day operation.
- To handle assets and expenses management. i.e. maintain record of company properties, such as Company assets, cars, mobile telephones, laptops and assist in cost control and monitoring.
- Main person to handle & checking of office utilities bills
- Responsible & maintaining folder of data store in ADMIN server.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Ensuring all aspects of company secretarial duties and functions in relation to compliance with the statutory regulations and requirements.
- Maintain a proper and efficient filling system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
- Office administration - cleaning, arrangement, hygiene, preparation of work station for new staff.
- Other ad-hoc assignments assigned from time to time

**Experience and qualifications**
- Diploma / Degree in any related field.
- 1-year experience in Admin or fresh graduate encourage to apply.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Efficient time-management, direction
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Honest, ethical and dependable

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
