**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Agent Management Support**:

- Be the friendly and effective link between the company and our agents.
- Help onboard new agents with registration, documentation, and training arrangements.
- Track agent performance and prepare monthly reports to monitor sales and engagement.
- Address agent inquiries and issues like a pro, offering quick solutions or passing them along to the right teams.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Keep agent records and databases organized and up-to-date.
- Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and drafting important correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics for exciting agent training sessions and events.

**Marketing Initiatives**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that motivate and engage our agents.
- Help develop fun and creative promotional materials, from brochures to social media content, tailored just for our agents.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Collect feedback from agents to help improve our processes and drive agent satisfaction.
- Stay on top of market trends and competitors, and suggest new ideas for growth.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in admin and/or marketing roles (preferably in a sales or agent-driven environment).
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) that can build lasting relationships.
- A self-motivated, results-driven individual who’s adaptable to changing priorities.
- High standards of ethical conduct and professionalism, especially in handling sensitive information.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
