Marketing Admin

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general marketing administration duties including data entry, menu
management, marketing asset management, and documentation
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of
menu, POSM, POPs, and outlet menu display
- Arrange company events and activities when necessary
- Responsible for the preparation, management, and prioritization of
confidential documents and reports
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as required
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both
paper and digital record
- Develop and update filing and administrative systems to make them more
efficient and resolve the day-to-day administrative tasks
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management
**Requirements**:
- Must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Marketing/ HR/ Admin or other
related disciplines
- Minimum 1-year work experience in Marketing/ HR/ Admin-related field
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and
time-management skills
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tech/ digital platforms
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and
Malay
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
