We're looking for a proactive and responsible individual to join our company secretarial team If you're someone who enjoys learning, communicating effectively, and can work independently, we'd love to hear from you.

At TCY, we manage a pool of clients ranging from private to public companies. Our role goes beyond just paperwork - we assist with corporate exercises and act as liaison between clients, bankers, lawyers, auditors, tax agents and government authorities. We also help clients prepare resolutions, meeting minutes, corporate documents and other related secretarial documents and act as the bridge between them and government authorities (SSM), ensuring compliance and up-to-date company secretarial records.

- To carry out corporate secretarial compliance works to meet the requirements of the Malaysian Companies Act and other relevant laws
- To ensure proper maintenance and safekeeping of secretarial books and records
- Assist the Company Secretary in company secretarial and administrative matters
- Assist in ad-hoc task or work relating to secretarial matters as assigned by the management team
- Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory forms and documents
- Responsible for carrying out all aspects of company secretarial functions
- Ensure all work done complete on time within deadlines without incurring late lodgement fees / compounds
- Submit beneficial ownership declarations and annual reports

**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least a diploma, advanced diploma, bachelor's degree, or higher in a related field
- Possess team spirit, be meticulous, resourceful, able to multitask and work independently
- Ability and willingness to take on duties outside of job specification
- High integrity, good work ethics, with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and discipline
- Proficient in written and spoken English, ability to communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin speaking clients being an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
