**Duties & Responsibilities**:
To assist and work closely in coordination with outsourced consultants/ contractors in all building maintenance works, mechanical and electrical functions.

To oversee the maintenance of all infrastructure, electrical equipment, lightings, airconds, solar energy project, fixture and fittings in office premises, factory, canteen, company hostels and expatriates’ houses.

To plan and prepare preventive maintenance schedule for all electrical equipment, cooling tower, beginning of every month. Copy of monthly preventive maintenance schedule to be provided to administration and human resources department for records.

To maintain checklist on daily inspection of all electrical equipment, lightings, electrical and fittings.

To recommend repair, service or replacement of the electrical equipment, mechanical and others when required.

To schedule regular air-conditioners servicing in the office building and factory.

To maintain and ensure safety, high work quality in the department and compliance to environmental and The Electrical Supply Act and Regulations.

To oversee landscaping/ gardening works and outsourced security guards work performance.

To conduct regular tests on fire alarms to ensure it is in good working condition in case of emergency.

Ability to liaise with TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Jabatan Bomba and other regulatory governing bodies to ensure compliance and adherence.

To supervise and monitor use of company vehicles by the employees.

To maintain the vehicles in good working condition which include inspection of the vehicle upon return by the employees after use.

To carry out other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

**Requirements**:
Professional Certificate (SKM), Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics, Engineering or its equivalent.

At least 5 years relevant maintenance experience (Mechanical and Electrical) in manufacturing industry.

Work experiences related to building facilities and maintenance will be advantageous.

Team player, ability to multi-task and able to contribute effective solutions to resolve issues.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to communicate well in English & Malay

Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
